We found Lisa enthusiastic and diligent right from our first meeting. She is very professional whilst being warm and friendly - without seeming false. We found some other agents 'apparent' friendliness rather off-putting and indicated they were just interested in the commission. We did not get that at all with Lisa. Lisa gives the impression of being 'grateful' for the opportunity of the sale without being gushy! She is open to customer ideas and feedback. Lisa was always contactable - even on a Sunday - and would attend the property promptly whenever asked. We were very happy with the service we received and confident to recommend her to others.
