Could not fault her! Throughout the entire process of purchasing our property, Lisa has been a fantastic agent to deal with. Initially, Lisa was very prompt with her reply when we wanted to look through the property prior to the open house, which Lisa was more than happy to facilitate. After the initial inspection of the property, we were very keen and organised to have tradesman through the property later that afternoon, which Lisa was again able to facilitate at very short notice with her self and the tenants. Lisa followed up with the vendor straight away after our offer had been put in, and had the deal done within a matter of minutes. Lisa was very honest throughout that process, advising that the house would be opened the following day, however would be telling people that the house was off the market as an offer had been accepted. Lisa was timely with contact with all parties, followed up as she said she would, and has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. Given this was the first property we have purchased, there were a few small steps we were not completely certain on, however Lisa was more than happy to provide any assistance. We can not thank Lisa enough for all her work to assist with the purchase of our first property, and her attitude has certainly contributed to a really positive experience.
