Throughout the whole sale process, from initial market appraisal to settlement, Lisa has proven to be both very knowledgeable about the local property market and very good at communicating. The latter was especially important to me, since I live interstate and am not always reachable by phone during working hours; Lisa has always been quick to respond to email queries and has been very helpful the whole time, going above and beyond the call of duty, never making me feel as though selling a property thousands of kilometres away meant things were out of my control.
