We had been working with Lisa for 6 months trying to find the perfect house. We finally purchased a house from Lisa in Rochedale South, she made the experience so easy, was quick to respond and was always on top of what we needed. Thank you Lisa for finding us our forever home!
From the very first meeting we had with Lisa, she made quiet the impression! Her market knowledge was second to none, we were aligned on the vision of the process and sale, and she made us feel excited and at ease throughout process. She runs a tight ship which works extremely well for both the buyer and seller in prompt updates, actions and sharing information. Lisa and her team not only delivered an amazing result above our expectations, but her professional, honest and kind mannerisms provided a very trusting and personal experience. Selling our first family home was such a positive experience that we will remember forever.
I found Lisa to be exceptionally open & honest throughout the whole marketing campaign, right through to settlement. She has a terrific knowledge of the local market, hence the positive outcome with the sale of the property. Lisa was very clear with the advice & expectation of the market & her communication & professionalism was sensational.
We chose Lisa over another agent and it was certainly the right choice for us. Lisa was professional, friendly and helpful from the word go. Her advice was sound and we achieved our goal with our house sale. As well, Lisa was also available via email or phone, She had a large number of offers and was in touch with all of those people immediately, making our decision clear and easy. She paid attention to our needs as well as those of the buyer. We would strongly recommend Lisa to anyone wanting to see and would certainly go immediately to her shoudl we be buying or selling again.
Selling my house, even in this market was not the easiest task due to its position and land shape. Lisa was just excellent, honest, transparent and always respected my goal (I put the bar high). She took the challenge and we worked as a team. Lisa is extremely professional and has a great work ethic (not common in this industry). Lisa gathered all feedbacks from viewers and shared the information to help me to adjust where required. She found the right buyer and sold the house at a higher price than expected. I will definitely use Lisa's services again! She exceeded my expectations at all levels.
Lisa’s team has been very supportive to all the process to help us getting our new home, especially Tennelle she is very patient and knowledgeable to guide and help us step by step for finishing all purchase. It is been great experience with Lisa’s team.
Lisa was such a pleasure to do business with while selling our investment property. She went above and beyond and always kept us in the loop of what was happening. Nothing seemed to be a hassle for her, she arranged everything for us as we live far away, and it was great to know the sale of our house was in good hands. I strongly recommend Lisa if you are looking at selling your home.
Lisa and her team were fabulous to deal with. Gave me all the answers I needed before I could ask the questions. She was extremely helpful with every step of the process. Her extensive knowledge of the area ensured us a positive result with our sale.
Lisa was very professional and did a great job selling my house and getting a great price. It may have been a hot market but I still feel I got more than I would have with another agent. Well done.
Lisa is dedicated to the fine details and maintains a professional conduct towards both the vendors and buyers. She is very approachable, and would provide timely updates with regard to the sale progress. I was very pleased with the seamless transition throughout the sales process, and would definitely seek her expertise in the future.
