I found Lisa a few months before I actually purchased my first renovation property, which wasn't purchased through Lisa. I asked her to check out the property I had purchased, which she happily did giving some good pointers on what to do for the re-sale. What I like the most was Lisa was always happy to give advice and pointers with no expectation of being the selling agent when the time came. What she did do was stay in touch, so when the time did come she was able to not only be available but also have some clientele already to purchase which is what happen, within 7 days of signing with Lisa she presented a good solid contract and she was confident and had confirmed that the buyer was already a maximum price which allowed to to quickly make the right decision on accepting the offer even though it was slightly under my maximum price it was within my range of acceptance for a quick sale.
