After spending almost a year looking for our first home, we had just about given up on receiving any proper help or service from a real estate agent until we called Lisa. Lisa stuck with us and helped us find a place which was a welcomed change from the usual shrugging-off we had been experiencing with the bigger real estate companies. She really made the process feel personalised and took the time to work with us instead of dismissing us or trying to offload a "fixer-upper" on us.
