Lisa Hall exceeded all of our expectations when we purchased a property she was acting as agent for. She is not afraid to get her hands dirty, and if she says she will follow up, including organising trades people, or present a request to the other party she does so with a minimum of fuss and in a timely manner. Lisa proved to be a very competent negotiator and has the knack of finding middle ground to keep the contract on track.
