Having never sold a house before, I was quite unsure about how to go about it all. I was selling my parents house and hadn't lived in the area for close to 30 years. Lisa was so very helpful, she came over every time I asked to give me advice on what furniture to keep for sale, what needed clearing outside etc, as well as just popping in on numerous occasions when she saw my car there, just to see how I was going. She even drove to Richmond once to get some paperwork signed when I couldn't leave work. She provided details for some trusty contractors from the local area to get it up to sale quality. She was tireless in her efforts to sell the house as quickly as possible, around Christmas I think may be a bad time to be selling but she kept at it, even while all real estate businesses were taking their Christmas break. She is extremely likeable and down to earth, and I would not hesitate to recommend her services to anyone wanting to sell around the Parramatta and Hills areas.
