Lisa has been absolutely Brilliant! This was our first house sale and from the first contact with Lisa nothing was a hassle, we had lots of questions and Lisa was fully committed to answering everything for us. We met with Lisa and Kate in the Waterford office, had a chat with no pressure to choose this agency. Once we chose to sell with Ray White Waterford Lisa got things moving quickly, working with the current Tennant to get an open home scheduled in. Our property went live online with an open home scheduled a few days later, we had a big list of potential buyers to sort through and within 24hrs we had the property under contract for above our target sale price. Lisa worked around the clock (not sure she actually sleeps) to make the whole process smooth even going above and beyond to work through issues with the real estate that the property was rented with.
