Selling our house has been a stressful journey. I must comment that we were not invited to review Stephanie Jordan. Stephanie was the agent who launched our marketing campaign. It came to our attention after one of our open houses that Stephanie was divulging personal and confidential information about our situation to prospective buyers. We have no doubt that Stephanie’s revelations about us compromised our negotiating position. We then told Lisa that we didn’t want Stephanie acting for us. This experience with Stephanie caused us a great deal of stress and we feel that it reduced our confidence and trust in the agreement we had taken out with Lisa and Daltons. Following this when we finally had purchasers who had made an offer, it felt like Lisa was favouring the purchasers rather than us, her clients. Lisa was a good communicator and is very personable.
