We first met her on an open house while on a lazy walk in the South Perth precinct. She was selling a rather old, rundown house and we thought it could not be sold at any reasonable price. Her communication skills and friendliness were remarkable. We thought if the could sell such a place she would have to be really good and she would be on our list should we want to sell our beautiful home in South Perth. Sell, she did and we contacted her and other real estate agents when we decided to sell. We choose her and it was the best ever decision we made. Her appraisal was fairer, not trying to get a quick agent fee in undervaluing the property for a fire sale. From the time she became our agent she kept up the communication, feedback to the highest level, listened to our concerns, always following up and keeping all options open. She was confident when we had doubts, she was present when we wanted to talk, she was ever supportive. We had lived 34 years in our home and it was hard to let go; she understood our concerns, emotions and dealt with them in the most appropriate ways. When the sale was sealed (within the length of the contract) she kept informing us and guide us in providing advice on our next requirements, following up on the settlement agents progress, dealing with the purchaser requests, helping out with moral support when dealing with personal issues concerning the removals to the eastern states. Lisa had become a friend, a concerned friend, well beyond any professional duty of care an agent could normally be expected to be.We will always have memories of Lisa's bubbling persona and how a caring person she is. She is truly the BEST and we cannot emphasise enough how much we owed her for helping us in the way she did in selling our property at the best price (well above the quoted appraisals of other agents) but also on the human side of it.

Lisa did a very thorough & honest appraisal on my apartment with great efficiency. I met Lisa while she was selling the apartment below me that 2 other agents had for their allotted time, without achieving a sale.
