I sent a long time reviewing who I used as my agent , who where getting results , who were really active in my area, who had that X factor, who had some understanding on how the owner wanted this process to go to minimise their stress and what caused that , and really results on negotiation for me. Both Lisa Marie and Daniel were great and didn’t waiver from their commitment to the way I wanted to sell and what buttons they could push and what they couldn’t . I really appreciated that.
