The communication was fantastic & we were always up to date on progress and the next steps. With our bank approval coming through at the 11th hour, right before a long weekend, Lisa & the team at Novak went the extra mile to help us close the deal and exchange the contract documentation after hours, when most of us were already on holiday for the Easter break! When I first spoke to Lisa about our interest in the property, 2 weeks before the auction date, I stated that we wanted "to take the property off the market prior to Auction" and I can't thank her and the team enough for helping to make that happen. We're very pleased with the price that we paid and hope that the vendor is equally as happy about the deal.
