Lisa and Michael came across as knowledgeable, confident, and direct in our initial meeting. Together with their social media sales model I was confident to appoint them. Upon appointment, they got on with the job professionally, and immediately arranged to have an interested buyer come through. The initial viewing was Friday, and the contract was signed and exchanged on the following Tuesday (within 5 days). I was very pleased with the Novak team and their communication.
