Knowing what I was looking for, Lisa showed me 2 properties which fitted my criteria fairly well at a price that I was happy with and the sale was completed promptly. I put this down to establishment of criteria that are important and then the agents ability to meet this criteria or put valid reasons for varying them. Very professional and honest when selling this house

We decided to buy a house on Bribie Island and spent 3 days looking for a suitable house. We met with 4 Agents but finally settled with Lisa Webb because she listened to what we wanted and found us 2 homes we were interested in. Some other Agents just did not listen. Lisa worked with us and the owners to get an agreed price. Unfortunately an issue with the sale of our Brisbane property resulted in us having to re-sell the Bribie property.
