Lisa Osborn was a pleasure to deal with. Coming highly recommended, she was efficient and effective in thinking outside the box to attract an audience at higher price point in a short period of time. In true fashion Lisa has not only met, but exceeded expectations in aiming high and achieving a fast and pleasing result.

I've bought and sold properties many times and its great to find an Agent who lives and breathes the area they sell in. Lisa provided a comprehensive Sales Appraisal based on facts and figures. Being a Seller who knows the market, Lisa was spot on with her appraisal and was able to negotiate a great outcome for both myself being the Seller and also to the happy incoming Purchaser. Lisa was available after hours if and when required also. She always took on board any feedback I as the Seller had.

Lisa was always responsive to our messages and continually kept us informed. Lisa was very helpful in meeting our requirements for viewings and answering any queries that we had. Lisa also was a good negotiator for both the vendor and the seller.

We recently purchased a property through Lisa. It was a pleasant surprise not to meet the usual "real estate agent". Yes, Lisa was there to sell the home for the owners and get the best price possible, (which we believe she did), we felt we got value in our purchase price too. I genuinely believe both parties, the Vendors and us the Purchaser received value. Through the process we found Lisa to be quite authenticate + ethical. We would be happy to recommend Lisa, buying or selling.
