Lisa helped to sell my late mothers home on acreage. Property was originally very overgrown. Lisa advised us to concentrate on clearing the house block of property up. This still took the family 6 months to get property ready. Lisa was very patient with us during this time . She was also able to recommend workers for the cleanup. Unbeknown to Lisa Osborn I have had experience in purchasing & selling residential real estate over a period of about 30 years. Thus I have dealt with many real estate agents whom I rate from very good to poor. Because this transaction required me to deal remotely (I reside in Sydney) I anticipated difficulty in finding an agent who would understand what is needed in handling this transaction. A friend in the Hunter district recommended Osborn Real Estate. I was impressed with Lisa's initial response as she seemed to grasp the situation immediately From the outset she knew I would not be visiting the area however she undertook the site inspection and provided recommendation for preparing the property for sale. She also provided an estimate of the sale price scope. Upon researching previous area sales I considered the estimate on the high side which is not unexpected. I am delighted to report that the sale took place within 10 days and everything went totally according to plan. I am sure there are other competent real estate agents in the area however if you do not use Osborn Real Estate Agents you will have overlooked one of the very best.
