Hi Karen, we worked hard under difficult circumstances (no lights, and walls patched up/unpainted). We never pushed you to accept the $860,000 which was the ONLY offer we received after 7 weeks. I believe we achieved true market value, but YES it was below what we first expected. Good Luck for the future, we all really enjoyed getting to know you.
