Lisa Roberts, Ruby Smith and all of the girls at Robers &Green went above and beyond to ensure we got the very best outcome for the sale of our property. They were always prompt in answering emails and only a quick phone call away to answer any questions we may have had. I will continue to recommend the girls to all my friends family and anyone who needs an agent!
Due to a shift employment I found myself in the daunting position of needing to sell my property. Selling is challenging at the best of times, let alone when there is pressure. From the get go, Lisa was outstanding in her support, communication, transparency and kindness. Lisa and the team from Roberts and Green made the process smooth, easy and at no time did I feel concerned with the selling process. In fact, I felt empowered. They explained all elements with clarity and kept me informed every step. I cannot recommend Lisa highly enough and will return to her and the Roberts and Green time when I am ready to purchase.
Many thanks to the wonderful team at Roberts & Green Real Estate who achieved a fantastic result on the sale of our investment property. Lisa's appraisal figure was spot on and Wilma, Paige and Ruby kept in full contact with us during the sales process. Thanks heaps ladies!
Lisa dealt with an incredibly long winded situation perfectly ... she was professional & honest at all times which I found so comforting to deal with considering our purchase as mentioned was not an easy one but Lisa & her team were an absolute dream & I'll definitely be sending her my business in the future, I can't recommend her highly enough. Thanks for sticking with us & seeing it through to the end Lisa :)
Lisa has made our first home buying experience less stressful. She’s been amazing always keeping us informed on what happening and her knowledge in real estate shouldn’t go unrecognised. Many thanks so far! We look forward to making this our first home! Xx C&M
The whole process was smooth ! The team down at Roberts and Green were professional throughout. Lisa was able to achieve a sale for us in a very short amount of time, which was required by us, at a price we are extremely happy with. And to top it off, we got a short settlement period- also required by us Couldn't recommend Lisa and the team down at Roberts & Green more highly
After dealing with other agents in the area dealing with Lisa was a refreshing Change. More like dealing with a person than a realestate agent. Well done Lisa a great outcome and a win win result for both sides. What you and Wilma are doing in this area is long overdue. Daniel and Jodie.
Going into the renovation and sale of our home was quite daunting. After several conversations with other agents, Lisa appealed most to us, with her integrity, honesty and market knowledge. She offered us with wonderful tips on, maximising our time and money on making our property most appealing when it came to sale. Nothing was ever too much for Lisa and her team. Willing to meet ‘after hours’ to suit in with our schedules was very much appreciated, particularly with young children. When it came to the sale of our home; we could not have asked for anything more of Lisa. One open house inspection and Lisa had sold our home!! Definitely would recommend Roberts & Green real estate in Hastings; they tick all the boxes.
Lisa knows her market and has the data to support it. I trust her so highly, I didn't even get another agent through my home. From styling my home for the photos, right down to making sure I had enough boxes on moving day she was there with me the whole way. She helped me hold firm whenever I started to waver. Lisa & Wilma's integrity, local knowledge, professionalism & respect in the industry has seen Roberts & Green become the leading agency in the area. That's why I believe..... "there is no other"!
Lisa was an excellent agent to deal with, even as the purchasers of the property. She made sure she was available at a time that suited us and always kept us up to date with any details.
Well what do I say. Lisa Roberts has just sold my home in record time, got the best price for me. Was also so incredibly efficient & kept me informed at all times. Her honesty & professionalism was outstanding. I not only would use her & her wonderful team again---- I wouldn't use anyone else. Well done Lisa, you are a star!
