Lisa and her team aren’t just a pleasure to deal with, they’re also are experts in their field and extremely professional. Even as the purchaser of a property I felt the communication was exceptional, keeping me in the loop and informed throughout the entire process. I felt the team went above and beyond and if I ever needed to sell, I wouldn’t hesitate to contact Lisa.
Lisa and Michelle make a formidable team and nothing is too much for them. Extremely professional, experienced and so helpful. I highly recommend Lisa and her team and cannot thank them enough for all the hard work and support they provided me selling my property and finding me a new home. Lisa, thank you for your kindness and professionalism.
As always when dealing with Lisa and her team. Nothing but complete professionalism across the board. Fast quick easy transition with no hassles. Highly recommended.
Lisa Roberts was the representing Agent for this property and was responsible for liasing between the Vendors and my self in negotiating the subsequent sale. Lisa kept me informed at every step and was always available during the process, I appreciated Lisa's curteous and direct approach and her willingness to work in with my Agent and conveyencer when appropriate . Great personality and a professional approach made for a smooth and hassel free transaction. I would therefor recommend Lisa to assist in any Real Estate dealings. Cheryl Randle. Moorooduc.
One of the reasons Lisa was chosen to sell the house of our deceased friend was her compassion and knowledge of what is involved in dealing with deceased estates Her team took great care of us, in what was a very sad and daunting time. These qualities, in addition to her knowledge of the local market and communication skills (keeping in touch by phone, text and email, and weekly face to face meetings), made the process far less grueling than it might have been. So glad of the outcome. Thanks Lisa, Michelle, Charlotte.
We were impressed by the way Lisa listened to us and helped us strike a deal that worked for us and the vendor of the property. Communication and attention to detail has been great throughout.
Lisa sold our first home in 2019 and since then we’ve reached out to her semi regularly regarding different properties and advice on the market. She has always been honest and answered with our best interest in mind, regardless of her own. When we finally decided to sell this year we naturally chose Lisa and we are so happy we did. Her professionalism and knowledge of the local market is unmatched and we know she got us the best price possible while ensuring a fast, smooth transaction for us and the buyer. Lisa’s care and efficiency was only amplified as she supported us through a truly terrible experience with another local agent - I just wish all were as honest as Lisa! Incredible thanks to Lisa, Michelle and the team at Robert & Partners!
Lisa and mich were able to answer all our questions. The experience was not as stressful as anticipated. I highly recommend Roberts partners.
Lisa was very helpful at or first inspection and helped to negotiate a good outcome for both parties. Every step of our purchase was relaxing and professionally handled.
We recently purchased our new home from Lisa Roberts. From meeting Lisa at the first open for inspection, where she greeted everyone professionally and with such kindness to the private inspections & numerous phone calls, Lisa has been so reliable, knowledgeable and professional. She took the time to listen to our situation and the type of property we were looking for. We found the information cards throughout the house during inspections very informative and full of information we possibly wouldn’t have thought to ask. Lisa had so much knowledge about the property and also took great care and respect of the home she was selling. Lisa’s communication throughout the entire transaction was outstanding. We had a few stressful situations on our end which Lisa’s knowledge and expertise turned a very stressful situation into such a smooth transaction. We would recommend Lisa to anyone buying or selling their next property.
Lisa, Michelle and the team at Roberts Partners all have expert knowledge of the Mornington Peninsula area. They have made the purchase of our first home in the area a breeze. They have the perfect balance of personalism and professionalism.
Lisa ,Michelle and the whole team went above and beyond there market knowledge made everything so easy and straight forward Can’t thank them all enough
