•extremeley pushy and unprofessional. •always in our personal space and not giving privacy during inspections. •before the auction we were pushed to make an offer well above reserve as there was an offer much higher than reserve to later find out it was a lie. •on auction day the property was passed in to us, when we said we couldn't pay any more the agent told us that the under bidder was still waiting out front which we later found out was also a lie. •on auction day during the bidding my partner and I had no privacy with Lisa constantly in our face badgering us to quickly bid. •unprofessional and unhelpful post auction with legal matters. •would have submitted zero stars if given the option.

Lisa's outstanding quality is persistence. She worked hard to get our business, recommending a handyman team and then worked hard and put in time to assist in getting the house presented for open inspections. She had us agree to photos that we didn't like and that actually put off one of the possible clients on her list. She then worked incessantly to get us to agree to an impossible settlement date for potential buyers that made an offer prior to auction. We didn't get the price we wanted for the property nor a settlement date that suited us - we weren't consulted prior to the contracts being given to us and when I said we hadn't been consulted, we were told to "speak to your solicitor." Unfortunately I ended up being very disappointed by the whole ordeal.
