Prior to Lisa, I'd had a crappy experience with an agent from another agency. A friend recommended Lisa and said that she'd look after me. From the moment we made contact, Lisa treated me with kindness and respect. She worked hard and made the whole process easier than I expected. Communication flowed. I always knew what was going on, but not ever in a way that was stressful. I followed her advice. When she said my place would be sold at a certain price, I was hopeful, but wasn't 100% convinced due to the previous crappy experience. But she was right - it got the price she said it would, and within 2-3 weeks. Lisa is incredible at what she does and is an absolute joy to deal with.
