When we approached Lisa to market my elderly mother's property, it was under very trying circumstances as my mother was unable to return to her home from hospital, and her property had to be sold to enable her to enter a local nursing home. Lisa was not the only agent we approached, but her open, honest personality plus her obvious knowledge of the area (if Lisa did not know the person/product, then quite likely they/it just did not actually exist!) convinced us to choose her to market my mother's house. Nothing was too much trouble for Lisa, and since we are based in Brisbane, we made a lot of phone calls to Lisa for assistance with remote organisation, or just for her opinion/help with local queries - e.g. how best to clear out the house after it was sold, including what local companies were available for hire; how best to prepare the property visually for sale etc. When it came to setting a price, her knowledge was invaluable and throughout the negotiations, we felt very confident that she had secured the best price that she could for us. Lisa works very hard, and is very easy to deal with. We really have no hesitation in recommending her to others.
