Very friendly and helpful

I was a little overwhelmed by all the forms, emails and paperwork, received from Lisa, the bank and the conveyancer, especially the new identity forms. Lisa was extremely helpful and patient. My calls, which were plenty, and questions were always answered quickly. Everything went very smoothly , I would definitely recommend and use Lisa again if necessary.
