Lisa was very patient as we had to rewrite the contract several times due to SMSF, she displayed good knowledge of this process and was attentive without being over bearing. I would have no hesitation in recommending her whether you are buying or selling.

I went to do an inspection of my rental property which was on the market. whilst in Sorell I went to Woolworths and found that my property wasn't on the old agents board at the shopping centre. as I entered the shopping centre I walked past Harcourt's. leaving the centre I decided that I would get a second opinion from Harcourt's. I spoke to Lisa and told her where my property was and she said she knew the house. I asked her if properties were selling like the rest of Tasmania as there hadn't been a viewing. Lisa said the market was buoyant and she could get my asking price. WHICH SHE DID! Lisa and I were on the same page she knew what the property aspects were and promoted them as well as knowing the area. Throughout the whole process I was kept informed of inspections and issues with the tenant granting access. Lisa is an agent that was working for me and worked hard to get access for inspections. she knew what the tenants obligations were under the tenancies act and informed them of their obligations under the act and solved that issue. Unlike some agents once the contract has been signed disappear into the woodwork she kept in touch to see how things were going. that I was impressed with. In the beginning she built a rapport and acted professionally throughout the whole process, even to the point of apologising that she had been attending professional development for the week and was unable to look after her client base. As a professional myself these are the things I look for. In summary from start to finish I felt valued by Lisa and confident that she wasn't an agent that said yes we can get that price just to get the listing like some agents do. I am very confidant that Lisa would only list for you at a price that was congruent with the market and achievable.

Lisa was very helpful and prompt. My only recommendation for her as an out of state purchaser would be to highlight all differences in the purchasing process in detail from the beginning but she couldnt have been more helpful and prompt and continues to be so even after the purchase. Thanks Lisa
