Lisa was unfailingly helpful throughout the process of selling my house. She worked incredibly hard, holding 4 open homes and a couple of private view in a two week period. Her auction day strategy was very good indeed and achieved a price outcome that was beyond my expectation. It was also pleasant to have a sympathetic female presence during the lead up to the auction which was, on occasion, a fairly stressful experience for me. The reason for the four star rating on communications is that there were a couple of glitches on this score but nothing serious.
