I was very happy with the whole experience. From our initial meeting at the start of the process til the auction, I was kept informed. When trades were needed to prepare the house for auction Lisa and the team were quick to arrange these and get the necessary work done. I was really pleased with the number of groups who came to open homes and the professional manner of the whole team. My family and I had lived in this house for 45 years so it has been an emotional time for us. Lisa and the team were very understanding and supportive throughout the sale period.
