I had a wonderful experience with Lisa from The Property Group throughout the purchase of my new property. Lisa was absolutely lovely to deal with and communicated with me clearly and consistently throughout the entire process. Her excellent communication and willingness to help made what can be a stressful process feel much easier and less stressful. There were a couple of slight hiccups on the day, but Lisa handled everything calmly and professionally and went out of her way to assist and get things sorted. She also arranged for a professional cleaner to return and clean a few areas of the house that had been missed, which I really appreciated. Lisa was always approachable, helpful and happy to answer my questions, and I felt supported throughout the entire process. I’m very grateful for Lisa’s professionalism, kindness and genuine care.
