I met Lisa at an auction around the time I was buying a new house and needing to sell my old unit, even though she didn’t need to, she answered all the questions I had about going to auction. From this positive interaction, I wanted Lisa to sell my unit. Lisa was great and answered all the questions I had and was happy to be on my timeline for selling that was going to happen a few months down the track. Finally when it came to launch time, Lisa made sure all my concerns were addressed. Lisa was super personable and even had a little launch gift sent to me. The property was styled beautifully, I was really happy with the photos and Lisa was willing to make adjustments to the listing where I needed it. Within the first few days, we had several great offers and then on final offers, and thanks to Lisa’s hard work, we had an offer greater than I could have imagined. Lisa was again super communicative and kept me informed right up until settlement. I really enjoyed working with Lisa and will recommend her and will engage Lisa again in the future when it comes time again.
