We were nervous using Purple Brick because nobody we knew had done so but right from the first when we were interviewing agents we were impressed with her interest in listening to our concerns and her commitment to trying to achieve what we thought was a reasonable price. Other agents were dismissive or patronising Although we had a disappointing auction Lisa remained patient and professional throughout the period following and ultimately negotiated a good price for our home. Considering the flattening Melbourne market she did very well finally bringing us in an extra $10k more than expected. I would not hesitate to recommend Lisa Smarrelli (and Liam her assistant) as your agent. After all you can only sell your house once.
