Our experience with Lisa has been incredibly positive! We had multiple attempts at selling our house in the past, all unsuccessful. But in Lisa we had an agent that worked incredibly hard to get the word out, accommodated patiently to our specific requests, was always available for us, and has shown expert knowledge of the market and exceptional sales skills. Despite all odds, we were pleasantly surprised that she managed to sell our house for the price we wanted. Thank you so much Lisa! We will keep you in our records and recommend you highly to our friends!

I found Lisa to be a very clear and open in her discussions, competent, knowledgeable and honest.

very pleased we chose Lisa to sell our property...she did several market apraisals over 7 years before we finally decided to sell. Lisa patiently dealt with all our questions and even arranged contractors to get the house ready for handover. I can highly recommend Lisa...she had a very professional and dedicated approach to selling our property and gave us a good end result.

In a difficult selling climate we were impressed by the effort and professionalism displayed by Lisa Tam. It took a long time to find the right buyer for our house but Lisa worked very hard over a long period to achieve a sale.

Lisa was persistent with her follow ups but not pushy in her sales approach - giving us breathing time to make a decision on our own. From experience, real estate agents push hard then forget about the buyer when they don't get an immediate yes. Or more commonly, they just don't even bother to follow up which is 'sales 101'.

Lisa goes above and beyond the call of duty all the time. She is one of those rare agents who is worthy of trust. Our home sold in one day at the top end of the range of her valuation.

Lisa was very attentive and always available at any time. She works very hard. I have no hesitation in recommending her to other sellers. We are grateful for her help in selling our house so quickly. Moira Casey.

Lisa worked very hard to sell our house in a very short time which was required as our new house was subject to sale of our old one. Lisa held 3 home opens a week. I would recommend Lisa as an agent.

Lisa is a very professional agent and the whole process was easy. I would highly recommend Lisa to sell your home .

Thanks Lisa, you handled our purchase in a very professional and courteous manner. Purchasing a property can be a stressful time, but you helped complete the task without issue and smooth fashion.

Lisa from Ray White Cahill & Associates in Kardinya was very professional and hard working in selling my unit. I was very happy with Lisa's work ethics and would recommend her more highley.

From my first encounter with Lisa, she has shown high professionalism. She was the selling agent at an open home I had visited earlier, and was impressed by her skills. Hence, when selling my own house, I believed she was the right person to sell, even after consulting alternate agents. Lisa has shown high quality and friendly services, at a reasonable cost, and will no doubt be contacting her for future properties when needed.
