However, we were a little disappointed with a few things during and after our sale: 1. The marketing literature had a few typos within it, which made it look rather unprofessional. 2. The contract we signed after the sale was not explained with Alastair and I. We appreciate it is up to us also to run through this before signing, but we did feel that it is the role of the real estate to ensure the client understands everything they are signing. It all felt rather rushed. It also came as a surprise when we had to let potential renters into our home prior to settlement as this was written into our contract. If Lisa spent time running through this with us it wouldn't be such a shock. We would definitely recommend Lisa to friends and family thinking of buying and selling in the area, but feel that communication let her down slightly, and the marketing literature was very unprofessional.
