Lisa is very prompt and professional when I first contacted her. She even put together the summary and report of our house and left it in our mailbox the same day! We had a few other agents coming over our house prior but we chose Lisa without any second thought. Why? Because her selling figure speaks for itself. We had bought a new house before we sold the old one as that was the practical thing for us to do at that time. Lisa and her team at Remax were professional, courteous and maintained excellent communication throughout the contract period and during the sales process. They were committed to excellent customer service and seeing the sale through to the end. From the beginning they saw the potential in the sale outcome and aimed to meet the sellers goals as much as possible whilst maintaining a knowledge of the local area. Unlike other agents utilised; they only came through with genuine and reasonable offers and were continually committed to open houses and sales enquiries. Overall they proved themselves to be a great agency.

My partner and I found Lisa and her husband very friendly, genuine, knowledgeable people. At one stage through the settlement period there was alot of miscommunication and lack of between our solicitor and the sellers solicitor, however after notifying Lisa of the issue she quickly bridged that gap seamlessly. There was on one occasion miscommunication between us and the seller, with Lisa being the mediator, however this was easily forgiven given how lovely and helpful Lisa and her crew are. We even requested carpet cleaning a few days before settlement and Lisa was wonderful as she took time out of her very busy schedule to let the carpet cleaner in, waited for him to finish the job and then locked up again (with the sellers consent of course). Would definitely recommend Lisa as an agent.
