We baught during stage 4 lockdown so a lot of things were very different than normal. We had a pretty good experience given we had to wait a while for virtual documents and other restriction made it a little hard, aswell as Lisa being very busy after re opening. Overall we are happy with the end result and Lisa was very easy to talk to a easy going, we had no dramas with negotiations and got our first home so we are very thankful.

Lisa came with a very good reputation and we were lucky to have her as our agent. The one thing we asked for was honesty and Lisa understood why.
