We’ve used Lisa to sell a property before which she sold very quickly and at the best value. Therefore we had no hesitation in enlisting her help selling another property for us again and again Lisa excelled herself. Living in a different state we couldn’t inspect the house ourselves but Lisa went above and beyond helping us to get the property in a good condition recommending trades to fix things quickly and getting the property on the market as soon as possible. As a result another successful and quick sale which everyone was happy with. Communication is very important to us and Lisa never failed to contact or respond quickly, we will definitely use Lisa to sell our properties again and again.

Before I sold I did not know Lisa. I admired her because she did letterbox drops in my neighbourhood and followed up on her effort. So in effect this was what got her my listing not waiting for listings to land in her lap but going out seeking them. She conducted herself very professional and gave me feedback throughout the selling process. This to me is so important even if it may sometimes be not what you want to hear. Some agents think you as a vender only need to be told what they think you need to know. I admire her honesty and integrity and wish her all the best.
