I decided to downsize from a large 4brn 3bth home that i was living in on my own. I found a unit which i loved and was perfect for me. The problem was i needed to sell my home to purchase the unit. Lisa worked hard to secure a sale on my house which unfortunatley fell through at the last minute. Lisa had another back up buyer from the open home that she contacted and secured another contract 2 days later. I didn't think things where going to happen, I thought i was going to miss out on the unit that i wanted. But she did it and made it happen.
