Lisa Yates sold me a small 2 bedroom property she said was 'perfect' & 'neat & tidy' in both the ad & verbally, that could be used straight away as a 'rental' or 'Air BnB' when it looked like a deceased estate that reeked of mould with many leaks, when I specifically asked if there was any leaks & she said "no". There was no running water in the kitchen, only running water in the attached strata owned block shower & toilet, not owned by the owner. 2 skip bins were needed to remove rubbish from a tiny 2 bedroom caravan home, that Lisa then said didn't come from the property, alleging we had added the rubbish. This property was a health & safety risk, with a huge hole in the roof over the fridge with electric wiring beside the hole & it stunk of mould. The bed also had a leak directly over the bed we needed to sleep in which was wet/damp. Lisa knew we needed to sleep in this bed & freezing uninhabitable home upon arrival late at night & that my wife is disabled so needed a safe, clean & warm home to live in when arriving from interstate. Lisa knowingly left the keys in a dog kennel, for days, until we discovered the keys hadn't been left with the person requested, leaving our insurance policy null & void for being unsecured for days. Knowing of my wife's disability, Lisa texted the next day, after contact had ceased, after spending the night on the floor in unhygienic dangerous conditions she knew we'd spent in the uninhabitable dangerous freezing property she sold unethically & dishonestly, saying: "How is your wife going to be in the cold with chronic pain over here." Which is a direct attack on my wife's disability, & when asked to not contact again & that she was being reported for lack of ethics & code of conduct, replied back straight away showing contempt for the governing body & people in general.
