It couldn't have been more pleasant!

The house was on the market 6 days and the first potential client came through. We did our bit and presented the house, and Lise did her bit with the buyer. Contract followed within days and that was that. We received constant feedback throughout the sales process and a heads up when ever there was a buyers agent or trades person due to visit the house (which they chaperoned on every visit). I don't know how it could have been anymore seamless and hassle-free for us as a seller.
