When I approached Liz with my intention to sell, (I had dealt with her previously) I gave her a daunting task. I was asking a very high price for my property. It could have been considered unachievable. However, Liz was willing to accept the challenge and honour my requests. She persevered by following all leads until finally selling my apartment within a short period of time for the price I wanted. She also gave her very valuable time to help me search for a new property. I shall certainly utilise Liz’s expertise when selling my new property in the future. Thank you very much Liz for your professionalism. It is a valued asset in this day and age.

First of all. My initial interactions with Liz, she called me off my request online, which I was happy, as most agents as a buyer haven't called on my inquiry as a serious buyer. That was probably the only good thing about my dealings with Liz. She was extremely pushy, rude, judgemental. She prejudged me on the inspection, and just RUDE! She never answered a serious questions straight, and always questioned my reasoning behind a decision or question, belittling me. Refused multiple times on numerous occasions(arguing with me) to take a serious offer back to the owners unless I signed a contract (in which my offer was legally binding anyways). Also stating in arguememt "I'm the number one agent in Hollywell" as if that makes a difference. Pushing and pushing me to sign a contract. I wanted my solicitor to read it before I signed as it's my first property and she advised me against: GETTING A SOLICITOR, DOING A BUILDING AND PEST INSPECTION, DOING BODY CORPORATE SEARCHES, told me why would I? Called me everyday sometimes 5 times a day when I told her I'm at work, when I didn't have any intention to pull out of the deal, but she made me feel like something was wrong, always advising me not to go ahead with things like building and pest. Gave me advice on whether or not this was positively geared or not, which in fact was also a lie. Lied about the body corporate which was in fact MORE THAN DOUBLE, lied in her advertisement about it and lied to my face about it. Disclosed an old, outdated body corporate Notice of Contributions and BLANK Body Corporate disclosure statement. She called me after my building and pest inspection was done, and asked what they found. I was in fact happy about the building and pest, but considering she asked...I told her, in which she then tried to again argue and say Oh they're not problems, thats fine, again trying to persuade me... OBVIOUSLY THEY ARE IF THE BUILDING AND PEST BRANG THEM UP. Unprofessional!


Liz was great from the start, answering all my questions and giving me her professional opinion on all aspects. For me the most important aspects of a realestate agent is experience, communication and professionalism, and Liz had them all. Well done and thank you for the quick sale.
