We had a property on the market for approximately 3 months. Not a lot of interest, so we decided to take off and renovate. Liz approached us to try for another month. Initially didn’t want to as we had made the decision to renovate. We gave it another month and Liz sold our home in the 4th week. Liz is a truely motivated agent and worked hard to sell our property.
