"The Aussie property process is much scarier than the one I'm used to - agents mandatory on both sides to ensure fairness. Liz was able to navigate both myself and the seller to an agreeable outcome despite my concerns. Her communication style was a standout feature throughout the process; she kept me fully up-to-date and fielded a zillion weird queries even after settlement. Overall she made what looked to be a fraught process into a reasonably entertaining experience. I'd be very happy to be a buyer or a seller with Liz in the middle.
