I wanted a lot of inspection time and multiple inspections and Liz made that happen. Whenever Liz couldn't be there, she would make sure someone was. I appreciated Liz's patience and flexibility and helpfulness.

She mediated negotiations between us and the buyer and made sure to keep both parties well informed, well before we heard the same request come through our solicitors.
