We are very happy customers of Liz Browning. We were aware of Liz due to her high profile in the Chapel Hill area and had previously visited some Plum Property open houses to meet and see her in action. A long time friend (also a Kiwi) who has known Liz for about 20 years recently sold his Chapel Hill property with her and strongly recommended that we ‘list with Liz’. When we contracted to buy a smaller property, also in Chapel Hill, we needed to prepare and list our existing property at the earliest opportunity. However, we wanted to maximise our return.
