It was a serendipitous moment that made me enter the offices of Savilles in Gordon after I had decided it was the time to put my house in Holford Crescent on the market. The receptionist introduced me to an elegant and well-groomed lady Liz Hughes who sat me down and spent some time taking particulars of the property. Later that same day she came to the house to assess it and after another lengthy period of discussion I made up my mind that she the agent I would like to handle the sale. It was a good choice; Liz quickly went about advising me what had to be done to get the property up to marketing stage and she followed through with organising the relevant people needed to do the work, phoning round, pursuing tardy tradesmen etc. and in no time the house had been stylised, photos taken, the yard cleaned up and the place was ready for advertising. On every Open Day Liz was there assessing the potential buyers and based on her obvious knowledge of such people she would sift the genuinely interested from the merely curious and give me a detailed report. She was tireless in following up possible buyers with phone calls, emails and so on, working long hours to do so. She was on the ball at all times and seemed to have endless energy. The end result was an offer before auction that I accepted on her sage judgement of the circumstances. It is no wonder that she receives glowing recommendations from previous clients and what is more impressive is that she is the recipient of many accolades and awards from her peers in the Real Estate Industry. She is worthy of them all, she is at the top of the tree. Peter Thom.
