As a purchaser, it was a pleasure dealing with an agent who was professional, respectful and dealt with us in good faith. We had walked away from purchases involving previous agents because we felt we were not being dealt with in good faith. While we understand that the agent works for the vendor, we also hold the view that an agent working genuinely with potential buyers is certainly in the vendor's best interests! As a buyer, one is often hesitant that the real estate agent is being honest with you regarding price, other interested parties, etc. We found this not to be the case with Liz at all! She was honest and open from the beginning and was an absolute delight to deal with through the whole process.
