Liz was lovely. Our only critisism would be that it definitely felt that she was always working for the vendors interest only. We also really didn't like the process of sale whereby it was offers by negotiation. It ended up being like a silent auction where we didn't feel we were aware of what was happening with other offers and what we could do to clearly be the ones on top. We much would have preferred a normal auction where everything is out in the open (and think the vendor what have benefited from this more also!) Despite all this, Liz was very excited for us and easy to ask questions of. Thanks Liz.

Liz renewed my faith in real estate agents. She has a warm, caring personality and answers questions fully and honestly. Liz seems to genuinely love her job and is keen to assist all parties in the negotions fairly.

From day one, Liz put in an incredible effort in the time leading up to my home going on the market, through the sales process and continues to be supportive post sale. Initially I kept wondering what the catch was, turned out, no catch, that's how she rolls. Liz was in constant contact with me, so I was never left wondering what was going on. I remember on one occasion she was asking if there was anything else she could do, I jokingly replied that she could bring a lamington with her next time she dropped around. The next day she brought around two giant lamingtons! Liz also 'styled' my home with a considerable number of items from her own home to ensure she achieved the look she wanted, eg reading lamp, cushions, vases and towels. I believe whole heartedly that all of her efforts (along with mine) resulted in the speedy sale of my home that has enabled me to move forward with my life.
