Liz worked really hard to sell our property including doing many extra opens to make sure everyone had a chance to see the property. She was friendly and provided regular updates and was great in the final day to make sure we got the price we needed. My only knock would be that I think the recommendation to go to auction for our property was a mistake (the auction was a disaster) and was made worse by the auctioneer being really pushy for us to accept a price well below market value (probably so his clearance rates look better). I was surprised that an auction was recommended in the first place and went with it because I trusted Liz's recommendation. I can't knock her too much on this though as it seems to be a trend in the local area that everything is going to auction regardless of whether it's a property that will have a lot of competition or not.
What can we say, other than simply outstanding. Liz was along for the ride when it came to selling and buying our forever home. From our first initial contact, through till the day we collected our keys, she was there. Through phone calls, text messages and conversations at our property, she had us covered. She was open and transparent every step of the way.
