Liz Newland turned out to be the perfect agent to handle the sale of my parents family home. Following my Mother suffering a stroke and subsequently needing to go into Aged Care it was decided that my Father would downsize to Indepentant living. This was a very emotional and sensitive time for the whole family and Liz handled the campagne from start to finish with so much care and attention to what was in alot of ways a difficult time. We all felt completely comfortable with her and she seemed to read my Parents perfectly even down to meeting Mum for the first time to sign the contract of sale at her Aged Care facility with a bunch of flowers and lovely words about the family that bought the house. Seven years ago I tried to sell a townhouse in Frankston with another agent & it was a disaster. There was hardly any interest & the only offer I received was $80,000 less than what I wanted.
