I cannot express how great it was having Liz as our Agent. She walked us through every step and explained things to us in layman's terms. If we had a question she gave us options of what could happen and wasn't afraid to give an opinion of what she thought would be best. Being out of the area while selling she kept in constant contact and it never seemed to be any trouble when we called her, even if the questions might have been basic or obvious.
