I first met Liz at our property where she not only suggested what needed to be done for selling our house and explained the process, she offered to coordinate the maintenance and repairs required which I accepted as she had been managing this property for years and always managed the maintenance well for us when required. The result was a massive improvement in the presentation and appeal of our property adding ten's of thousands to the value. When the maintenance work was finished she already had all marketing materials prepared and only had to add the photos showing the improvements done to the property. The property was so well marketed that there were over 35 viewings on the first home open, it was then sold in about 10 days for substantially more than we expected.

Liz has been all I could want in an agent on this journey from my initial offer to the rapidly approaching settlement. Despite me being a buyer rather than the vendor, I still felt as if Liz was fully invested in my good experience as if I had been the one to seek her services all along! Her answers to my questions were detailed, clear and above all warmly explained. Buying my first home was an exhausting and nerve-wracking experience, but was much less so with Liz's guidance.

Liz has been a delight to work with, previously when I sold my house it was quite stressful. Going with Liz this time round has made it a much better experience. Will certainly use Liz for any future sales. Would not consider using any other agent again. You will not be dissapointed if you choose Liz. If i could rate higher than 5* I would.
